Samah Safi Bayazid is a Jordanian-American award-winning film director, author, and entrepreneur based in the United States. She is the Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Light Art VR, a global virtual reality production company with locations in over 25 countries and more than 600,000 visitors worldwide. Samah is the creator and director of Super Adam, a TV sitcom about a Muslim American family, now streaming on Apple TV, Amazon Prime, and YouTube.

She was recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the 2025 Female Founders 500, celebrating the most dynamic women entrepreneurs in the U.S. She also served three times as a co-designer with Meta, contributing to the future of virtual reality and inclusive product design.

As a storyteller, Samah is passionate about faith, identity, and representation. Her debut bilingual children’s book, When the Sun Shines, celebrates Muslim family life, Arabic culture, and universal values like hope, courage, and kindness. She wrote it to offer children—especially Muslim kids—a meaningful reflection of themselves and the world around them.
